Job Description:

Harmony Solutions is partnered with a Nashville based seed stage startup building AI scheduling and operations software for healthcare facilities. They are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager with a background in onboarding heatlhcare customers to an early stage software product. This role requires healthcare experience, strong relationship building skills, and ability to triage and solve customer needs all the way up to technical escalation. This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite.
