Job Description:

Harmony Solutions is partnered with a Nashville based series A start up buliding AI scheduling and operations software for healthcare facilities. This hybrid company with an office outisde of downtown Nashville is currently seeking a Director of Operations to join their team full time. This will be a key contributor in the day to day operations (legal, compliance, finance, accounting) and forward thinking planning through data driven insights. The ideal candidate has experience building out operational best practices for a rapidly scaling organization, ability to manage third party vendors (technology, finance, accounting, legal) and be able to to interpret dense documentation and analystics.
